Only students who have pre-registered for a camp may attend. No individual can substitute for a registered student, and non-registered guests are not permitted to attend camps.
Cape Fear Community College does not sell or disclose student information to third parties.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy
The Refund Policy is established by the NC General Assembly for all NC community colleges. If any camps are cancelled by CFCC, a full refund will be given. Students do not have to request a refund in this case.
Refund requests can be emailed to email@example.com; we cannot accept refund requests over the phone.
- A 100-percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws from a course before the first date of the course meeting. A written request must be dated and received by the Continuing Education department, or instructor before the first date of course meeting.
- A 75-percent refund shall be made if the student officially withdraws from a course before, or on the "10-percent date" of scheduled hours.
A written request form must be dated and received by the Continuing Education department, or instructor before or on the "10-percent date" of scheduled hours. Students are responsible for obtaining the "10-percent date" from their instructor on the first course meeting.
