Culinary: Chocolate Truffles
Summary
Learn to make a classic batch of French chocolate truffles - both to taste in class and then to take home to share with your friends and family. Students should bring a sharpened chef's knife to class. Students must wear close-toed shoes, pants and an apron. Please cover or tightly pull back your hair.
