Computes for Beginners familiarizes the student with computer basics including parts of a computer, understanding common computer terms, using popular computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (emphasis on Word), email, surfing the web, and computer maintenance. This course is designed to properly prepare the student to immediately use and benefit from computers, whether at home or at a public facility, with confidence and ease.
