TR Confined Space Block Course

This Technical Rescuer (TR) Confined Space block course will present the Technical Rescuer with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to satisfy the requirements of Chapter 7 (Confined Space) of NFPA 1006: Standard for Technical Rescue Professional Qualifications. This block includes all four required parts of the Technical Rescuer (TR) Confined Space certification course series as outlined by the NC Fire and Rescue Commission: FIP-5901 TR Confined Space Rescue Operations, FIP-5902 TR Confined Space Rescue Rigging, FIP-5903 TR Confined Space Hazard Control, and FIP-5904 TR Confined Space Victim Management. This transfers as one ""all or nothing"" block to the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM). Students must successfully complete all parts to receive certification credit for this block course.
