Drawing on principles from trauma-informed leadership, Struggle Well methodology, and Mental Health Resilience Officer (MHRO) models, the course will cover healthy coping, professional therapy, nutrition, fitness, peer support structures, and suicide survival. Led by both professionals and peer survivors, this course offers real-world strategies and connection to community resources.
