Summer Camp: Nurse Aide

Summary
This course is designed to introduce students to the rewarding career as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). Explore this rewarding path which offers hands-on healthcare experience for potential nursing students. Topics include: terminology, communication, employment discovery, hygiene, PPE, environmental safety and how to take vitals. Students 12-17 will need to complete a waiver and have a minor permission form signed by parent/guardian.
Requirements
Parents: When registering your son/daughter, please use a separate email to avoid duplication of a potential fund five registration previously used for you or a family member. Upon entering an email address, look in the upper right corner to see if your profile is open, if so, IT IS IMPERATIVE that you LOG OUT. Your son or daughter must be identified as the student.
Parental consent form is needed for all students under 18.
